We’ve only been living in our new home for 5 months, and the joy that it has brought us already is so astounding!! Here are a few of our portraits in and around our new home. We feel so blessed and thank the Lord very often for this gift of homeownership!
I just adore my sons Daniel O’Brien and Gabriel Elijah. Seeing them every day run around our home, wrestling, running up and down the stairs, climbing on furniture, leaving their sticky hands on the walls, all of it just makes me so joyful (even the aftermath!). I love seeing them happy and thriving, thanks again Jesus.
I love how my husband comes home every day and takes care of the grounds and the grass. He turns his sprinklers on every week to make sure that his grass is thriving. He also takes pride in taking care of our new rose bushes in the front of our home, as well as taking care of a Peace Lilly plant that his sister gave us for our housewarming. He has also adopted a baby tree and repotted her in our backyard. Whoever would have thought that a big burly man such as Daniel would have such a green thumb and a love for even the littlest of nature.
You said that if we are FAITHFUL over a FeW things, HALLELUJAH, that YOU would MAKE us RULER over many! Glory.
I was speechless when I read this. And, I got chills too. The Lord is good and a very wise God.
When God created woman he was working late on the 6th day…
An angel came by and asked.” Why spend so much time on her?”
The lord answered. “Have you seen all the specifications I have to meet to shape her?”
She must function on all kinds of situations,
She must be able to embrace several kids at the same time,
Have a hug that can heal anything from a bruised knee to a broken heart,
She must do all this with only two hands,”
She cures herself when sick and can work 18 hours a day”.
THE ANGEL was impressed” Just two hands…..impossible!
And this is the standard model?”
The Angel came closer and touched the woman”
“But you have made her so soft, Lord”.
“She is soft”, said the Lord,
“But I have made her strong. You can’t imagine what she can endure and overcome”.
“Can she think?” The Angel asked…
The Lord answered. “Not only can she think, she can reason and negotiate”.
The Angel touched her cheeks….
“Lord, it seems this creation is leaking! You have put too many burdens on her”
“She is not leaking…it is a tear” The Lord corrected the Angel…
“What’s it for?” Asked the Angel…..
The Lord said. “Tears are her way of expressing her grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering and her pride.”…
This made a big impression on the Angel,
“Lord, you are a genius. You thought of everything.
A woman is indeed marvellous”.
Lord said.”Indeed she is.
She has strength that amazes a man.
She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love and opinions.
She smiles when she feels like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying, cries when happy and laughs when afraid.
She fights for what she believes in.
Her love is unconditional.
Her heart is broken when a next-of-kin or a friend dies but she finds strength to get on with life”
The Angel asked: So she is a perfect being?
The lord replied: No. She has just one drawback
“She often forgets what she is worth”.
Send it to all the women u respect ….👍

Till the day she dies.. everything she does… cooking, cleaning your house, taking care of your parents, bringing up your children, earning, advising you, ensuring you can be relaxed, maintaining all family relations, everything that benefit you.. sometimes at the cost of her own health, hobbies and beauty.
So who is really doing whom a favour?
Dear men, appreciate the women in your lives always, because it is not easy to be a woman.

I feel like praising GOD! For, HE is GOOOOOD to me! He loves me with an unconditional love, and He rains (reigns) down His glorious presence on me!
My husband and I recently purchased a BRAND NEW HOME! After 5 years of marriage, THIS WAS THE BEST ANNIVERSARY GIFT THAT A WOMAN COULD ASK FOR! I feel like shouting because the Lord is faithful. He said in His word that if we are faithful over a few things, that he would make us ruler over MANY things!
Welcome HOME, Wilson’s!
Our home is on 0.29 acres of 1 lot in the countryside of Winterville; it has 2,648 square feet of brand new construction! We spent 1-year planning and preparing, 2 months of paperwork and 6 hours in time spent closing at the law office!
God gave us a field for Daniel and Gabriel to run in, AMAZING neighbors whom we’ve already met and support from MANY family and friends! We spent a lifetime of praying and have 1 God who is in the midst of it all!! The Lord is good! Daniel and I are ready to make our house a HOME!
I can envision so many family dinners here, many breakfasts in bed with our hotel-style bedding and decor, many mornings at the bar area sipping hot coffee, and MANY evenings on the patio enjoying the warm summer air!!
Keep us in your prayers and we will do the same for you.
An anchor is something that is dropped into the ocean to dock a boat or a ship; to keep it sturdy, in place and still.
When the wave of life’s problems and issues come crashing in, we have a hope which is found in Jesus, anchoring the very depths of our souls.
Hebrews 6:19 says, “Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;”
Sometimes our souls rage and run freely with emotions that are purely based upon hidden feelings, circumstances and situations, oftentimes caused by the ones the closest to us, including our spouses. Those emotions often contain undealt with and hidden desire, envy, hurt, and pain all of which are outwardly manifested in our behavior toward one another.
When we turn away from one another by doing or saying hurtful things and allowing ugly things to come out of our mouths, we shamelessly feel as though we have freed ourselves from a situation that has made us feel bound. But, not so. These emotions must be dealt with and tamed. Untamed emotions can cause our hearts to run sinfully wild and free.
In Jesus, our hearts CAN become comforted and steady; our souls can be still and tamed. When our souls are on one accord with our spouse and when we are tamed with hope during stressful situations, our strength is made full. Our hope becomes sure (anchored) and sustained.
Strive for that persistent hope that keeps you anchored in your walks with Jesus. In Jesus our hearts and our souls must be anchored in order to maintain stability in this life.
|| S O N G ||
Old Hymnal: “If you soul is not anchored in Jesus, you will SURELY drift away.”
|| P R AY E R ||
Dear Jesus, restore us to one accord in our minds and in our marriages. Let Your glorious steadfast hope be an anchor for our souls. Lead and guide our emotions in our marriage, friendships, with our families, co-workers and simply in this life.
Let our SOULS be anchored in You, Jesus, with an unwavering hope. Calm the raging seas of our hearts and keep us in Your sweet, sweet presence. Abide in us Jesus and do a good work in our lives.
Keep us anchored in You so that we drift not away with the cares and lure of this life. In You, hope for tomorrow is found, and in Your mighty shelter are we calmed from our fears, doubts and unbelief. Blanket us with Your holy hope that anchors the soul.
Sometimes it can be hard to see God in the mundane. Life can get downright monotonous at times. But, it is in those moments when we are truly able to see Jesus. In those moments we realize that His presence never left us, but is always there with us. It is in those quiet moments where we remember our calling, who we are, and why He placed us here on this earth.
Those quiet moments were meant for you and Jesus.
Sometimes we don’t have the resources to run to our prayer rooms, our prayer closets or in the bathroom to breathe in Jesus—sometimes we have to do it right there at our desks, in the grocery store while picking up dinner for the night, or yet while we are scrubbing those dishes in the kitchen.
Psalm 91:1 says “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”
When you dwell in the Lord’s presence, you are dwelling with the Lord’s presence. You will find that He is always with you. You will find that He is with you, in the midst of it all. He is the One who keeps you calm when others expect you to be enraged. He’s the one who causes confusion to cease when you seek His face. He is the One who encompasses your very being. Abide, and Dwell in Jesus today. Find Him in your every day, and then in your every moment.
|| P R A Y E R ||
Dwell here, Jesus. Dwell here in our every moment, our every day. Let us abide under Your holy shadow, Your sweet shelter of covering. In Jesus Name, Amen.

“The Anthem” by Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International Ministry of Worship
On this cold and icy morning, I am reminded of God’s faithfulness and that He. Is. Good. He is good when we are not good to Him, He is good when we are in our selfish own ways, and He is good when we are not faithful. Lord, help us to realize your faithfulness to us and that we need You. There is a glorious song that rings in my heart daily – It’s called “Good, Good Father” by Casting Crowns. Chris Tomlin has a psalm for it too. I have recently discovered a new group whom I am fond of who sings this hymn and who just recently followed me on Twitter. “Housefires” is a group who promotes the true gospel and a spirit-filled life through song.

Oh, I’ve heard a thousand stories of what they think You’re like but I’ve heard the tender whisper of love in the dead of night.
You tell me that You’re pleased and that I’m never alone.
You’re a Good, Good Father, It’s who You are, It’s who you are, It’s who You are and I’m loved by You.
It’s who I am, It’s who I am, It’s who I am.
I’ve seen many searching for answers far and wide.
But I know we’re all searching for answers only You provide.
‘Cause You know just what we need before we say a word.
You’re a Good, Good Father. It’s who You are, It’s who You are, It’s who You are and I’m loved by You. It’s who I am, It’s who I am, It’s who I am.
You are perfect in all of Your ways, You are perfect in all of Your ways, You are perfect in all of Your ways to us.
Oh it’s Love so undeniable I, I can hardly speak.
Peace so Unexplainable I, I can hardly think.
As You call me deeper still as You call me deeper still as You call me deeper still into love.
You’re a Good, Good Father It’s who You are, It’s who You are, It’s who you are and I’m loved by You It’s who I am, It’s who I am, It’s who I am You’re a Good, Good Father It’s who You are.

Today Lord, help us to give our worship to You. Let this song permeate our every being. Let this song be the anthem of our hearts – hearts filled with gratitude and thankfulness unto You.
May we meditate on Your precepts and seek Your will for our lives. Help us to know that You. Are. Good. And, that You are GOD.
In spite of it all. In spite of anything that we may be going through and in spite of any doubt that tries to creep in. Touch everyone reading this today, Jesus that their hearts may feel Your call.
Guide us in our finances, our families, our friendships and our marriages. Cover us in Your holy blood. Let us see Your salvation. Thank You for being a holy and Good, Good Father.
It’s Friday, March 20th and I’m at work this morning. Just needing a little me-time right now. I tend to get very reflective near the weekend and during Sabbath Day’s rest. I e-mailed my husband this morning and let him know that I would really like to go to all-night prayer this evening and just spend time down there in church. We missed church this past Sunday because we were in Atlanta, Georgia celebrating our 3-Year Wedding Anniversary!
Yesterday evening I was able to pray and lay before the Lord and it felt amazing. Being in the presence, comfort and healing of my Lord’s presence is so amazing. He calms my heart, He rids my of my nerves, He comforts me with his words and He covers me with His love. I found myself saying “Abba, Abba” a lot during prayer, as He is my Daddy God and I love seeking His face. It reminds me of my kids coming up to me saying “Momma, Momma.” We just seek that reassurance and tender love of a parent-figure.
I thank God because He loves me, comforts me, reassures me, and sees me through every time. When I need Him- He is there. When I seek Him- I find Him. When I call upon Him- He answers. Oh glory. I feel my Help.
Thank the Lord for his reassuring grace and His tender touch. I liked this Pin by Simply Clarke. It has all the right verses for calming the soul. Thank You, Jesus my Saviour. <3<3
Remembering the day when my sweetie pie and I said “I Do.” I am so shocked that it was almost 2 years ago!! Aww, I am here printing out the remainder of our wedding portraits for our wedding photo album. I am so late in doing this, but it is going to be so beautiful, and already is. Our photographer took over 580 great photos, and I just finished perusing them all. I smiled so many times I cannot even count!
I texted my sweetie just now about how I missed being a bride, and he sent me a heart telling me that I was the best bride! Then, a kiss telling me that he loves me. Our marriage keeps getting sweeter and sweeter the longer we have been married, the more that we are around eachother and the more time that we spend together. I have thought that for the last month, and I am hopeful that the feeling will last. We will be 2 years strong on March 10, Lord willing.
These are all of the sweet, thoughtful congratulatory messages from after the wedding!

PTL Daniel…. It is indeed s beautiful day and a beautiful day to get married. This day has been ordained by God to change your life forever. You will never be the same. As you make this transition from being single to being unioned together with the woman that good has placed in your life, always remember God is first. Let all of your decisions reflect the influence of God. God put to two together and only God can separate you. You will be richly blessed and receive all that God had destined for you.Much love my brother…. ~Shawn Logan
